Cheryl and Graham are two of the most calm, organised and honest people we have worked with. When we say nothing was too much hassle it really wasn’t! Their ideas and enthusiasm came so naturally and you can tell their love and passion to be involved with the events industry. They went the extra mile with every aspect of our wedding planning, even including small touches that we didn’t think of: personalised letterbox, bunting to match our colour scheme, they even made their uniforms match our colour scheme! Our wedding was surprisingly their first wedding event, we couldnt believe it! Their knowledge of what an event needs shows they could willingly and positively be successful with any event put their way. They strive for perfection and can honestly say that our day was completed and organised so well thanks to Orchard Rise Events.
We couldn’t thank them enough for organising the bits we had no clue about: generator, stage, PA system, extra tents. Graham’s knowledge and connections were so helpful as he organised exactly what he said within our budgets and very quickly. Once we had a meeting with Graham, he noted everything we wanted, we trusted him to go ahead and take control to organise these options until the day.
Their converted horse box into bar has every small detail perfected. We chose an ‘all day/all evening’ all inclusive option and we were thoroughly impressed. Their ‘standard’ option was well known, branded alcohol, which was a pleasure, and a small supplement for premium drinks. They also added to the atmosphere by joining our guests with the odd drink here and there which we’d asked them to do, we wanted everyone to enjoy the wedding, suppliers included!
Kids games were organised by Cheryl perfectly, we just left her to it and she nailed it. She also had a major input in table decor, adding a very nice personal touch by creating our place names by hand, such a special touch for us and our guests loved them that much, they’ve all taken them home!
We can happily say Orchard Rise Events do everything because they love it, this isn’t a job for them, it’s a passion and we couldn’t thank them enough. We’ve made friends for life and we wish them with all of our hearts, a very successful business in events management.

Absolutely fabulous. What a fantastic idea and would suit any type of event.
We met them at Kirsty and Dave’s wedding and they were so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much to ask for. Always tentative and smiling and became part of the celebrations.

Would definitely recommend, 5* service and nothing was to much trouble. As a none drinker there was a great selection of soft drinks and they were more than accommodating making coffee for me throughout the day, thank you x
We attended a brilliant festival organised by this company. We also needed accommodation which they were able to arrange for us in a beautiful self catering property. The festival was a fantastic family day out for all the family, food and drink was available all day and there was a variety of music to suit everyone. A fantastic event
Amazing this bar and the owners . Staff . Didn’t want for nothing had everything . Very helpful also helped organise and put things away at my sons wedding . Very great full for all your help . Sue
